7 Chakra Meditation (Part - 1)

Spiritual Importance Of 7 Chakras

Chakra is a Sanskrit word literally meaning wheel or circle. Every chakra appears like a wheel of light and spins in a clockwise direction at different speeds. It originates from the ancient Indian yoga system. There are a total of 114 chakras in the human body, but these 7 chakras are the main ones. You can call them the confluence or meeting places of the nadis. These confluences are always in the shape of a triangle. By the way, 'Chakra' means wheel or circular. Since it is related to the movement of the body from one dimension to another, it is called a circle, but it is actually a triangle. All your seven chakra shapes your spiritual anatomy, as chakra is an important element in your spiritual path, understanding them will allow you to integrate mind, body, and spirit in a better way. Chakra can be viewed as a seven-door to higher consciousness. imagine yourself as a vehicle of consciousness, the chakras can be viewed as a wheel of life that can move your vehicle in direction of enlightenment.

Every human being has a subtle body or body of light inside the physical body, that occupies the same space and have the same shape as the physical body, but it is non-material, this subtle body has seven major centers of physic energy located along the subtle body’s spinal column, this seven center are the seven chakras. Which are seven energy points connected to seven organs. Inside our physical body lies our subtle body in which our soul resides on the center of the forehead between the hypothalamus and pituitary gland which is the invisible point of light. Our physical body is made up of physical organs which we can see but the subtle body is formed by our thoughts and attitude which we cannot see through our eyes.

How To Balance Your Chakras

Today we talk about 7 chakras their roles in ours bodies, these 7 chakras play a pivotal role in harmonizing the energy flows in and out of the body, it's important to keep them balanced for a healthy life. these spiritual practices aim to release negative energy out of the body and purify your chakras, this chakra meditation helps restore and balance positive energy into all 7 chakras.

All existence in the world is energy, every substance on the planet has a certain field of energy around it, which is called Aura or electromagnetic field. Which is essentially our balanced energy status together with how we are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually strong. We can sense our aura through our subconscious mind and can see its color through Kirlian photography.

Physically we can balance our energy from healthy food and physical exercise.

Mentally we can balance our energy by creating positive and pure thoughts.

Emotionally we can balance our energy through a positive attitude by creating powerful positive thoughts.

Spiritually we can balance our energy from receiving God's energy or cosmic power.

The moon and the sun do not have a light of their own. If the light on the earth comes from the moon and the sun, where was light coming from before the moon and the sun was created? Light, day, night, the earth, and the heavens were before the moon and the sun.

The moon, the sun, and the stars are heavenly bodies without the light of their own; there is a source of their light. God is the source of the light to the moon, the sun, and the stars. Like the stars, the moon and the sun are just lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night, for signs, seasons, days, and years, to humanity on the earth.

God is light. The light we see is God neither of the moon nor the sun.

God power in form of white light coming from the 10th dimension, White is a mixture of seven different colors, as white reflects all colors

The reflection of seven colors from the sun is the light energy of God's power or cosmic energy.

In this universe everything is vibration, every chakra has a different frequency and has unique sound and color connected to a particular organ. out of seven chakras, the topmost two chakras are connected to the universe, and the other five below are connected to five elements.
